EBITDA \u7684\u5b9a\u7fa9\u3001\u8a08\u7b97\u65b9\u6cd5\u3001\u512a\u52a3\u52e2\u4ee5\u53ca\u5176\u5728\u6295\u8cc7\u5206\u6790\u4e2d\u7684\u61c9\u7528\uff0c\u5e6b\u52a9\u6295\u8cc7\u4eba\u66f4\u597d\u5730\u505a\u51fa\u6295\u8cc7\u6c7a\u7b56\u3002\u5982\u679c\u9084\u60f3\u8981\u4e86\u89e3\u66f4\u591a\u80a1\u5e02\u4f30\u503c\u53c3\u8003\u6307\u6a19\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u53c3\u8003\u6211\u5011\u7684<a href=\"https:\/\/roo.cash\/blog\/cape-index-article\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u5e2d\u52d2\u672c\u76ca\u6bd4\u662f\u4ec0\u9ebc<\/a>\u3001<a wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u672c\u6587\u6574\u7406\u76f8\u95dc\u512a\u60e0\u8207\u6ce8\u610f\u4e8b\u9805\uff0c\u51fa\u767c\u524d\u5efa\u8b70\u81f3\u5b98\u65b9\u7db2\u7ad9\u78ba\u8a8d\u6700\u65b0\u8cc7\u8a0a\u3002<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n\n\n<div Amortization\uff09\u662f\u6307\u7a05\u606f\u6298\u820a\u53ca\u6524\u92b7\u524d\u5229\u6f64\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u7528\u4f86\u8a55\u4f30\u4f01\u696d\u7684\u7372\u5229\u80fd\u529b\u548c\u7d93\u71df\u72c0\u6cc1\u3002\u8a72\u6307\u6a19\u53ef\u4ee5\u5e6b\u52a9\u6295\u8cc7\u4eba\u66f4\u6e96\u78ba\u5730\u5224\u65b7\u4f01\u696d\u7684\u5167\u5728\u50f9\u503c\u548c\u6295\u8cc7\u6f5b\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>EBITDA \u6307\u6a19\u6392\u9664\u4e86\u5229\u606f\u3001\u7a05\u6536\u3001\u6298\u820a\u548c\u6524\u92b7\u7b49\u975e\u7d93\u71df\u6027\u56e0\u7d20\u6240\u9020\u6210\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u5e6b\u52a9\u6295\u8cc7\u4eba\u548c\u5206\u6790\u5e2b\u80fd\u66f4\u6e96\u78ba\u5730\u4e86\u89e3\u4f01\u696d\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u7d93\u71df\u72c0\u6cc1\u548c\u7372\u5229\u80fd\u529b\u3002\u5c24\u5176\u5728\u9032\u884c\u8de8\u884c\u696d\u5225\u7684\u6bd4\u8f03\u6642\uff0cEBITDA \u842c\u7f8e\u5143\u3001\u7a05\u91d1\uff08Income Taxes\uff09\uff1a50 \u842c\u7f8e\u5143\u3001\u5229\u606f\u652f\u51fa\uff08Interest Expense\uff09\uff1a30 \u842c\u7f8e\u5143\u3001\u6298\u820a\uff08Depreciation Expense\uff09\uff1a40 \u842c\u7f8e\u5143\u3001\u6524\u92b7\uff08Amortization Expense\uff09\uff1a20 \u842c\u7f8e\u5143\u3002\u6839\u64da\u4ee5\u4e0a\u7684\u516c\u5f0f\u6211\u5011\u53ef\u4ee5\u5f88\u5bb9\u6613\u5730\u7b97\u51fa\u8a72\u516c\u53f8\u5728\u8a72\u5e74\u5ea6\u7684 EBITDA \u70ba 240 \u907f\u514d\u4e86\u7a05\u52d9\u653f\u7b56\u548c\u8cc7\u672c\u7d50\u69cb\u8b8a\u52d5\u5c0d\u71df\u5229\u80fd\u529b\u9020\u6210\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u66f4\u80fd\u53cd\u6620\u4f01\u696d\u7684\u5be6\u969b\u7d93\u71df\u6548\u76ca\uff0c\u65b9\u4fbf\u6295\u8cc7\u4eba\u548c\u5206\u6790\u5e2b\u9032\u884c\u6bd4\u8f03\u3001\u8a55\u4f30\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u8de8\u884c\u696d\u7684\u6a19\u6e96\u5316\u6bd4\u8f03<\/strong>\uff1a\u4e0d\u540c\u7522\u696d\u7684\u8cc7\u672c\u7d50\u69cb\u548c\u6298\u820a\u6524\u92b7\u5dee\u7570\u8f03\u5927\uff0c\u4f46 \u63d0\u4f9b\u4e00\u500b\u6a19\u6e96\u5316\u7684\u6bd4\u8f03\u57fa\u790e\uff0c\u8b93\u8de8\u884c\u696d\u7684\u8ca1\u52d9\u5206\u6790\u53ef\u4ee5\u76f8\u4e92\u6bd4\u8f03\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>EBITDA \u4e0d\u5c6c\u65bc\u516c\u8a8d\u7684\u6703\u8a08\u539f\u5247 \uff08GAAP\uff09<\/strong>\uff1a\u4e0d\u540c\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u8a08\u7b97\u65b9\u5f0f\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u56e0\u70ba\u8a72\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u6703\u8a08\u7fd2\u6163\u800c\u6709\u6240\u5dee\u7570\uff0c\u8a31\u591a\u4f01\u696d\u70ba\u4e86\u8b93\u6578\u5b57\u770b\u8d77\u4f86\u597d\u770b\u6703\u9078\u64c7\u516c\u5e03\u8abf\u6574\u5f8c\u7684 EBITDA\uff0c\u6295\u8cc7\u4eba\u5728\u95b1\u8b80\u8ca1\u5831\u6642\u9700\u4e86\u89e3\u8a72\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u8a08\u7b97\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u4ee5\u514d\u88ab\u8aa4\u5c0e\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>EBITDA \u5ffd\u7565\u8cc7\u7522\u7684\u6210\u672c\u8207\u66f4\u63db\u820a\u8a2d\u5099\u6240\u9700\u73fe\u91d1<\/strong>\uff1aEBITDA \u4e0d\u540c\u65bc\u81ea\u7531\u73fe\u91d1\u6d41\uff0c\u5ffd\u7565\u4e86\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u8cc7\u7522\u6210\u672c\uff0c\u5c0d\u65bc\u64c1\u6709\u5927\u91cf\u56fa\u5b9a\u8cc7\u7522\u3001\u6298\u820a\u8cbb\u7528\u7684\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u6295\u8cc7\u4eba\u82e5\u53ea\u95b1\u8b80 EBITDA \u53ef\u80fd\u5c0e\u81f4\u5229\u6f64\u626d\u66f2\uff0c\u8b93\u6295\u8cc7\u8005\u4f4e\u4f30\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u8ca0\u50b5\u6c34\u6e96\u548c\u511f\u50b5\u58d3\u529b\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>EBITDA \u7121\u6cd5\u53cd\u6620\u4f01\u696d\u7684\u50b5\u52d9\u8ca0\u64d4\u548c\u5be6\u969b\u7a05\u52d9\u58d3\u529b\uff0c\u6709\u8aa4\u5c0e\u6295\u8cc7\u4eba\u7684\u98a8\u96aa\uff1a<\/strong>\u7531\u65bc EBITDA \u5ffd\u7565\u4e86\u5229\u606f\u652f\u51fa\u548c\u7a05\u52d9\u652f\u51fa\uff0c\u6295\u8cc7\u4eba\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u4f4e\u4f30\u4f01\u696d\u7684\u5be6\u969b\u71df\u904b\u6210\u672c\u548c\u8ca1\u52d9\u98a8\u96aa\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u5169\u5bb6\u4f01\u696d\u7684 EBITDA
