Startups and tech weren’t a priority in the 2025 budget
It’s budget time again, but in 2025, the lead-up felt a bit different. This wasn’t particularly surprising. After two previous surpluses, this year’s budget is in the red, while the government deals with cost of living pressure and the prospect of a hotly-contested federal election.
