CNA receives provincial funding for virtual research, training facility focused on mining
The College of the North Atlantic will receive $650K from the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador to develop a virtual research and training facility using digital twin technology. The facility—which will be developed in partnership with technology company GRi Simulations—will be tailored to the mining industry and draw on data from key mine sites.
